These terms apply when you use the Starlit Fencing Campbelltown website (starlitfencingcampbelltown.com.au) or request a quote through us. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Starlit Fencing Campbelltown (ABN 92 800 677 629), and “you” means the person using the website.
The short version
- We’re a free quote and referral service. We don’t install fences ourselves.
- If you go ahead with a job, your contract is with the contractor who does the work.
- Prices on this site are a guide, not a quote, and our guides are general information only.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
01What we do
Starlit Fencing Campbelltown is a quote and referral service. When you call us or send an enquiry, we pass your details to a partner fencing contractor who services your area. That contractor contacts you, measures the job and gives you a quote.
We do not install fences ourselves. If you go ahead with a job, your contract is with the contractor, not with us.
02Our service is free for you
Requesting a quote through us costs you nothing, and you’re under no obligation to accept any quote you receive.
03Quotes, prices and work
The contractor who does your job is responsible for:
- the quote, the final price and the payment terms
- the materials, the installation and how long the job takes
- any workmanship warranty, plus passing on any manufacturer warranties
- holding the licences and insurance the work requires
- any approvals or certificates the work needs
Claims on this website, such as a fixed written quote within 24 hours or a workmanship warranty of up to three years, describe what our partner contractors offer. The contractor’s own written quote and contract set out the actual terms for your job. Read them carefully before you agree to anything.
Check the licence before you sign. In NSW, residential fencing work worth more than $5,000 (labour and materials, including GST) must be done by a licensed contractor under a written contract. You can check any contractor’s licence with the NSW Government licence check (opens in a new tab).
04Prices and information on this website
The price ranges on this website are a general guide only, based on typical Sydney rates. They are not a quote. Your actual price depends on your site, the materials you choose and the contractor’s quote.
Our guides on topics such as dividing fences, pool barrier rules and council approval are general information, not legal or professional advice. The rules change, and every property is different. Check your situation with Campbelltown City Council, a pool safety certifier, NSW Fair Trading or a lawyer before you rely on it.
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise that every detail is complete or current.
05Your responsibilities
When you use the website or request a quote, you agree to:
- give accurate contact and job details
- only upload photos you took or have permission to share
- not use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, such as sending spam, false enquiries or malicious code
By uploading photos or job details, you let us share them with the partner contractor so they can quote your job.
06Website content
The text, design, graphics and logo on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You’re welcome to view and share pages for personal use. You can’t copy, reproduce or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
07Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, such as Google Maps and government registers. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
08Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
The consumer guarantees for fencing work, including that it is done with due care and skill, apply to the contractor who does the work.
Subject to those rights, and to the extent the law allows:
- we are not responsible for the work, products, prices, conduct or delays of any contractor
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website
If we breach a guarantee that applies to our own referral service, our liability is limited to supplying that service again.
09Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information, including how we pass your enquiry to a partner contractor.
10Changes to these terms

11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we both agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
